This historical living residence was build in 1890 and has monumental status. This object was damaged due to fire and vandalism and needs considerable renovation internally and externally.
The agency for historical preservation is prepared to partially subsidise renovation, however there are no concrete agreements at this time.
The small city center, school and city administration is about 300 m away. Pasewalk lies near the A20 and about 30 km from Ueckermünde(D13)
